Help, Help, Help the voice cried on the other end of the phone. The sprinkler system in our building has failed causing major flooding through out. The voice desperately seeking out for a rescuer.  Stormy from SERVPRO felt the urgency to calm the weary caller, after all she was the point of contact, and needed to break through the vial of panic. She spoke in a calm soothing voice, calming the caller down and getting the much needed information. There were 3 floors, each containing 3 separate apartments and hallways. Once all the water had drained to through to the basement there was around 6 inches of standing water there. The technicians were dispatched and on site within an hour. Here we have a picture of one of the top floor kitchens before and after. The management company was impress with the crews efficiency.
