Sewage Loss-Brockton, MA

This sewage backup occurred during business hours. Prior to contacting SERVPRO the Manager of the store attempted to clean up the mess and even though he mopped up what he could, he could not get rid of the smell. He realized that this project was more then he was able to handle. When he contacted SERVPRO, he explained everything. SERVPRO said "no worries" we will come out and clean it up. The technicians loaded up the trucks with everything they would needed to clean and kill the smell. They diligently went to work cleaning and deodorizing the bathrooms. 

When they had completed the job, the customer was quit surprise at how fast and efficient they had worked. The customer thought there would be no way for them to even remove the odor as they had done. The technicians had left yet another satisfied customer.
